About Dr. Chordas
Planning Director and Partner, Dr. Ronald K Chordas was a pioneer in the field of Organizational Development. With nearly 30 years experience facilitating strategic plans for organizations such as The Rich Center for Autism, Poland School District, The Youngstown Symphony, The Diocese of Youngstown and Park Vista Retirement Community, Dr. Chordas is a known advocate in our local community. Currently, he is also a faculty member of Youngstown State University in the College of Health and Human Services. Dr. Chordas teaches Strategic Planning, Evaluation and Fiscal Management for non-Profits, Health Behaviors, and Business Practices for Social Workers.
